How many calories in a “Nothing Bundt Cake” bundlet?

I wanted to know how many calories are in a bundlet (mini bundt cake that serves one) from the bakery called Nothing Bundt Cake. Thank You.

excel2domain answers:

I am not sure but you can call the company and ask for the nutritional facts of their products. They should be able to tell you the calorie count and its breakdown into carbs, protein and fats. They should also be able to tell you its nutritional value for main vitamins and minerals.

Cindy asks…

Do you know of any good bundt cake recipes ?

Hey, I have this stadium bundt cake pan and I’ve never used it because I can never find a good enough recipe. I’ve been looking online for bundt cake recipes but nothing really tickles my fancy. I’d like to make it for the superbowl. So I’m looking for a recipe that everyone is going to love, personal experiences are surely welcomed. I’ve never made a bundt cake before. I’ll take anything!
okay thank you. i have the pan, so i guess i can use any recipe :) thanks!

excel2domain answers:

It’s not really a cake, but it’s typically made in a bundt cake pan and would be a perfect snack for the superbowl, since you just kind of pull it apart…monkey bread! Yum! :) Or, you could go with a classic rum cake or gingerbread cake, or some kind of lemon cake with a lemon or cream cheese-like glaze/icing. Yummo. :)

Kylee asks…

Looking for a recipe for a lemon poppyseed cream cheese bread?

Went to a “famous” hotel for Sunday brunch, and they had this most wonderful lemon poppyseed bread, and inside it was a cream cheese filliing – much like a filled-bundt cake. Searched the web, but can find nothing similar. Didn’t want to embarrass myself by asking for the recipe. Anybody know of one? I’d love to have it if you do. Thanks, in advance.

Poppy Seed Lemon Bread

A mild lemon flavor comes through in this tall loaf flecked with poppy seeds. ‘Slices are good spread with nutmeg butter or cream cheese.’

3/4 cup water (70 to 80 degrees F)
1 egg
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons butter (no substitutes), softened
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
In bread machine pan, place the first 11 ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and loaf size if available. Bake according to bread machine directions (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or flour if needed).
In a small bowl, combine nutmeg butter ingredients; beat until blended. Refrigerate until serving.
